5 Ways to plan an event in this post-pandemic 🌏

Well, I don’t know about you but I’m not ready to join a crowded convention or invite people to network at my local coffee shop yet. But there are ways to connect with a group of your customers and nurture relationships while staying safe.

  1. IG, Facebook or YouTube Live: invite your audience or your most beloved customers to join you on an IG live stream and encourage them to interact. This is not a performance for the superchat change, it’s a conversation.

  2. One-on-one check-in: check on your people. We all need someone to ask and show up to see how we’re doing. Can’t do it safely in person? WhatsApp, Google Meet, Facebook Messenger, LinkedIn and more help you connect with the click of a video button.

  3. Outdoor exercise meet-up: a great way to gather, in-person, masks off; and an even better way to work on getting active about reducing that quarantine 15lbs.

  4. Share your process: invite your clients to see what you’re doing for them before the final product is ready. Share what you’re doing on Google Drive or on Canva. With this level of transparency they’ll be assured you’re working hard on their projects. Including them in the process will also give them some ownership, and fewer reasons for complaint, over the work.

  5. Giveaway delivery: everyone likes to receive something in the mail, other than bills. Send something to your customers to show your appreciation and get them engaged with a giveaway or contest.

These are just a few ideas we use to engage our clients at BLPR in this post-pandemic world. Hopefully you can use something here for your business. If you do, be sure to let us know in the comments below.👇🏿
